General Taren:

Our records show that a supply crate, MS840, has gone missing. It had been brought to Kurtow during an October 11th training exercise—but apparently was never accounted for after departure. We believe the crate was accidentally left on-site.

According to our records, the contents of MS840 were multiple firearms, ammunition boxes, and grenades (full list attached).
