Authorized Eyes Only—Level 9 Clearance:

In the event of an Epsilon Class security leak or containment breach, the Tartarus Research Facility will enter Terminal Phase. Once Terminal Phase is initiated, procedures will be taken to ensure all sensitive data and materials within the facility are destroyed. During this procedure, the central computer will erase all Tartarus research stored on primary-core hard drives. The facility itself will then be deemed unsalvageable, locked down, and decommissioned.

Please note, Terminal Phase can only be initiated by personnel with Level 10 clearance or if an Epsilon Class breach is detected and there is no response from any personnel, the facility’s central computer will automatically initiate an auto-destruct procedure.

Under no circumstances are any individuals beneath Level 9 clearance be told about Terminal Phase. Should the Tartarus Facility enter Terminal Phase, all Level 9 and Level 10 personnel will be the first to safely evacuate prior to the final auto-destruct commencement.
